System and Network configuration • [Solved] Disabling Suspend, etc. on Debian 12

I have a similar problem: when leaving the computer idle for some 30 minutes, the screen goes blank and cannot be switched on any more. Telling by the LEDs on the computer, the computer itself is not going to sleep, just the monitor blanks. I tried all the suggestions here and here and here. In particular I set: sleep-inactive-ac-timeout=0 and sleep-inactive-ac-type='nothing' in /etc/gdm3/greeter.dconf-defaults
But it does not solve the problem. REISUB seems to be the only way out of this state. This is extremely sobering for a "stable" release. I am on a fresh install of Debian 12.4.

Any ideas?
