Off-Topic • [Off-Topic] Watching Super Bowl LIX Live with an Immutable Debian

In case if anyone is wondering how is this (i.e., watching super bowl via a free streaming service) connected to Debian? ? ? First, both are free. But more importantly, I will never let my computer connected to the internet unattended for three and half hours. Thus, an immutable Debian is a great tool to watch the super bowl. When the game is over, just reboot the machine, all the naughty stuff will go puffed.
These days nobody watches TV's anymore; everyone especially kids are tuning to YouTube, TikTok, Netflix (though to a much lesser extent), and all sorts of other streaming services. Not only does an immutable Debian make you (at least me) feel more secure, it also provides many functions that a smart TV does not. Such as: multiple monitors (or multiple windows on a single monitor), ease of operation (especially when you need to do a search), using a vpn to cross national borders, downloading YouTube videos, etc., etc. Not to mention of course that this is indeed a real computer. And a very powerful one at that!

However, even a cheapest mini-PC would still cost a couple of Benjamins. Most people would not think this a good investment. However, if the Debian live usb/iso can be configured to provide video-upscaling capability, then (I believe) a lot of people can be convinced. Video-upscaling is becoming an exciting topic, please see:
