Is Windows still installed and working perfectly fine indefinitely? If not, this could be SSD or heat or power supply problem.
Whether or not Windows works OK, I think next logical step is to use smartctl, and/or the SSD manufacturer's test utility, to see if it/they report trouble. You may have a bad storage area used by Debian that Windows doesn't touch even if Windows is working OK.
If your model includes Optane and it isn't disabled or otherwise configured for Linux compatibility, it may be your root problem.
