I am too leaning to Dell.
To me was quite surpise, as all my previous laptops have had a special screw at the bottom, and next to it a sticker, which says 'opening this screw invalidates the warranty'.
Dell instead had in the downloads manual in my own language, which tells how to replace almost every part, with part numbers and good pictures. Has worked too without any major difficulties, I bought this as used, had to replace the fan.
