Beginners Questions • [Networking] phpmyadmin is not compatible with php7.4 and earlier versions

I have the same problem. For a reason very similar to Sphin's I had to downgrade PHP to 7.4 on my Debian 12. Everything else work well, except the phpMyAdmin, which somehow requires the array_is_list() functions only available in php8+ (even though phpMyAdmin claims that it is compatible with php7.2+).
Have you guys found a solution yet?
