Hi,
I'm looking to encrypt a folder using 7z. When I right click & compress I only get the option to password protect using .zip & not .7z. I have the p7zip-full and p7zip-rar packages installed.
Also a folder that has been encrypted in Kubuntu 24.04 using 7zip extracts correctly in Debian 12.
Any ideas what I'm missing?
Just to add a little extra. Although I can access the encrypted archive, If I try and extract it, I get the message "The archive header is encrypted, but not currently supported"
